Another check off my hypothetical hiking bucket list!
It was another last minute decision to do this one and it didn’t disappoint one bit. We had to ask a friend on how to get here, but for some reason we ended more in the valley making our way through some dry brush and heat.
Thankfully we saw another group making their way to the same destination, so we scaled the side of the rocky cliffs to get to the top of it. And there was a very distinct and much easier trail to our destination, why did we make it so hard on ourselves?
Roundtrip, this hike is about 45 minutes to an hour, it really depends on how much time you spend taking pictures. Trust me, you will be taking plenty of pictures.
I wanted to walk on top of the arch, but it was too steep for my liking, maybe next time. There are some sketchy moments, when you make your way alongside the arch because the ground is loose and it’s steep. I’d tread carefully, if you decide to make your way to this one.
After you’re done, you can check out the Halona Blowhole or even the beach, there’s always gorgeous views from this side of the island. It was a quick adventure, but rather worth it!
